Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of Saffron Eggs's storefront, customer-account features, and related online services available through this site.

Unless approved copy on a specific page says otherwise, any contract for goods or services purchased through this storefront is between you and Saffron Eggs as the seller.

Using the storefront

You must use the storefront lawfully and must not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit misleading information, or use automated means in a way that disrupts normal operation.

Accounts and orders

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out using those credentials.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery windows, substitutions, and fulfilment terms are set by Saffron Eggs and may change from time to time.

Payments

Card payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. You must provide valid payment details and authorise payment for the order you place.

Where a payment fails, is reversed, or is subject to fraud review, Saffron Eggs may pause fulfilment, cancel the order, or ask you for an alternative payment method where permitted by law and the merchant's approved trading terms.

Platform role

Yosis provides the technical platform used to operate the storefront, but it is not the default seller of goods or services listed by Saffron Eggs unless approved copy expressly says otherwise.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law or other mandatory legal protections applying to purchases from Saffron Eggs.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on the storefront applies from the stated last-updated date.
